Just Great HR offers outsourced HR support to very small and small businesses from help with writing job descriptions and recruiting to implementing new technology to manage the employee experience.
After 15+ years in HR within a company, Dawn left the corporate world and started Just Great HR in February 2022. Her aim is to support emerging businesses who are looking to grow and have (or have almost) made the decision to take on an employee, or a team to help them support their customers and grow their business.
How did LORIC help?
LORIC supported Dawn by providing her with a list of technological companies in Greater Lincolnshire so that she could begin to target customers with dedicated marketing campaigns. Also, a series of bespoke 1-2-1 workshops including a Data Audit, Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition, and Website and Customer Journey were undertaken which generated tailored reports. In addition, support was offered to arrange and facilitate a HR event for local SMEs to attend with Dawn being one of the key speakers, alongside qualitative research in the form of a survey whereby over 900 people participated and provided insights to support Just Great HR’s business.
Plans for the future
Just Great HR aims to become the ‘go-to’ HR consultancy across Lincolnshire for start-up businesses looking to grow through employees. Helping to put the foundations in place for those businesses who want to be an employer of choice.
At Just Great HR, we make the complex simple. HR doesn’t need to be difficult; it just needs someone who understands it and can convey that in simple terms.
LORIC have made such a difference to my business. I had only been operating for a month when I was introduced to Linette Wallace, and I have learnt so much. The Website swim lane exercise helped me to visualise and build my website (and I get good feedback on it considering I built it myself!). The most significant impact though, was the research survey; over 900 people completed it, and it has given me some brilliant insights into my service offering (plus a database of contacts!).
