What is the business?
Cudox Wellbeing CIC is a not-for-profit psychotherapy service based in North East Lincolnshire. It was established five years ago in response to the need for accessible, affordable mental health support. It provides accessible counselling and psychotherapy for adults and children, and its mission is to ensure that anyone in need of therapy can access it, regardless of their circumstances.
How did LORIC help?
LORIC carried out a range of activities to support the information needs of the organisation.
- Provided an overview of available funding and grants Cudox Wellbeing CIC could access at present, and in the future.
- Undertook demographic research and demographic analysis for Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
- Collated statistics concerning mental health support.
- Undertook competitor analysis research and presented the findings in a report.
- Researched how community voice could be reflected in the work Cudox Wellbeing CIC does.
Plans for the future:
Cudox Wellbeing CIC plans to make applications to secure funding and grants to enhance business sustainability, supported by the research and evidence provided by LORIC.
“We are incredibly grateful for the invaluable support provided by Charlotte and the LORIC team. Their comprehensive research and analysis have been instrumental in shaping our strategic approach. The insights they've provided, from demographic analysis to funding opportunities, have empowered us to better serve our community and strengthen our position in the mental health support landscape.
