What is the business?
Barmpot Theatre, established in 2015, is a theatre company based in East Lindsey, creating theatre shows and cultural experiences for children and family audiences.
How did LORIC help?
LORIC were able to offer many suggestions for different funders, organisations and funded opportunities to help with their business development needs. In particular, Barmpot Theatre have been accepted onto Lincolnshire Community Foundation’s Lincolnshire Social Enterprise Support project which includes funded support to registering our organisation, advice on our accounting and finances, and creation of a business plan.
Plans for the future:
They are aiming to register as a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation), and create a 5 year business plan to help continue developing our organisation. LORIC is working on putting in place a data analysis project for Barmpot Theatre with BA Business students who are on work placement.
Thank you to Kay and Claudia for all your help in identifying new business development opportunities for our theatre company. This will help us to be more resilient in the future, and we wouldn’t have discovered these development schemes without your help.

Barmpot Theatre have been supported by LORIC as part of the UKSPF Funded LORIC South East Districts Project
