As the future of this planet depends on what is grown, we would like to find out which channels you use to buy your produce and how important sustainability is with regards to your purchasing choices. Do you really consider where your food comes from?
We wondered if you could please spend five minutes of your time completing a short questionnaire? This anonymous survey has been curated by the Lincolnshire Open Research and Innovation Centre (LORIC) at Bishop Grosseteste University on behalf of Ideal Lincs, a family-run, Lincolnshire food wholesaler and is being sent to ascertain your views on embedding the field to fork message.
The purpose of this survey, is to gain some market research from: -
- Lincolnshire residents regarding their buying habits when purchasing their groceries including fruit/veg/flowers and plants/meats/drinks/dairy etc. The purpose behind this research is to support customers in thinking about buying their produce more locally to contribute towards supporting the local economy and helping them become more sustainable with their buying choices.
- Lincolnshire SME farmers to find out which channels you use to sell your produce locally and whether you would be interested in a service such as a platform whereby your produce gets collected and it supplies local business/schools/councils/universities etc.
You can be entered into a prize draw to win a luxury, food, goodie hamper from Ideal Lincs for participating in the survey.
