COVID-19 update

Following return to office, we have started to open our building more for visitors. Please rest assured that if you are more comfortable meeting us online, we're more than happy to arrange a call via MS Teams! However, if you are visiting us in our building, please make sure to follow the following health and safety guidance.

Mask wearing is no longer required on campus, but if you would feel more comfortable wearing one, that is absolutely fine. If you forgot to bring a face covering and would like one, surgical masks are available at Reception.

There are hand sanitization stations on the ground floor for your convenience.

Room usage is determined by numbers of visitors, so if you are an event organiser, please make sure to follow the ventilation guidelines that we will send you when we confirm your booking. If you have a particularly large group, we might ask you to schedule a ten minute break every hour to allow your room to ventilate fully.

Finally, we ask all event organisers to liaise with their point of contact to make sure everything runs smoothly. Please be aware that the building might still be closed on a short notice if staff falls ill and we are not able to arrange cover.

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
